About
I’m a Principal Research Engineer Manager in Microsoft’s Core AI Developer Division, where I focus on AI for coding and lead a team developing models for code editing, code generation, enhancing code agent quality, and more.
From 2023 to 2024, I led a team as Principal Research Engineer Manager at Azure AI, incubating Azure OpenAI on Your Data (opens in new tab) and bringing it to general availability.
From 2021 and 2022, I led the development of GPT-powered NL2Code (Natural Language to Code) technologies, which have been deployed in production across multiple Microsoft products, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate. My team delivered the Microsoft’s first GPT-3 (fine-tuned with LoRA) powered NL2Code application in 2021 (opens in new tab).
