About

I am a researcher at Microsoft, working out of the Research Lab in India. My research here, focusses on adapting machine learning techniques to solve complex real world problems in the AI-Ops domain (post deployment lifecycle, incident management etc.).

I completed my Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) under the guidance of Dr. Toyotaro Suzumura (University of Tokyo) and Dr. Manish Singh (IITH) in the department of Computer Science & Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IITH), where I worked on enhancing the expressivity and interpretability of Graph Machine Learning methods through the lens of spectral graph theory and computational topology. Broadly, my research interests include (but not limited to :)) Geometric Machine Learning (Graph Representation Learning), Spectral Graph Theory,  Knowledge Graph Representation Learning, Topology, Natural Language Processing.

Beyond what I do at work, I also try to be of service to the scientific community. I am in the Program Committee of several conferences including AAAI, WWW, LoGML, ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML etc., and I serve as a reviewer in several journals.
