A recent change is causing an Unexpected Client Error on the Environment details page in LCS. This error only occurs for Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations on-premises environments. Although the error occurs, there is no impact on the on-premises environment or the features in LCS that allow you to interact with the on-premises environment. We are actively working on resolving this issue. We will update this blog post once the fix has been released.
