At its core, 4 agents work in tandem to create a hyper personalised(N=1) message for customers. With this multi- agentic framework, Mahindra will drive efficiency, ensure brand alignment and deliver content that resonates deeply with customers at scale.
Verifying loan applications using AI
TVR.ai leverages the power of Generative AI to transform the tele-verification (TVR) process by automating quality control (QC). The solution transcribes and translates TVR calls, seamlessly matching them with loan application data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
