GitHub Copilot is being used by thousands of Infosys employees across the spectrum—those fresh out of college, those with a few years of experience and those with 5+ years of experience. In this process, million plus lines of code has got accepted by GitHub Copilot.
Improved quality
Developers love the ease of interactions; they get what they are looking for, and the acceptance rates have been growing constantly. Infosys also found that there was significant acceleration in the time to develop a feature or fix a bug. Also, the quality of code was far better. And there wasn’t anything that was non-compliant from a security perspective.
